Cain murdered his brother Abel - he was the only son left of Adam and Eve. So for Cain to produce offspring - he was to reproduce with his Mother ( Eve ) or find a mate elsewhere .

I present to you that rape laws were enacted to protect woman and children not from the evils of man but from the evils of God. Those little girls whose mothers were hacked to death.
