*We The People ~
"It is time enough for the rightful purposes of civil government, for its officers to interfere [in the propagation of religious teachings] when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order." (Thomas Jefferson: Statute for Religious Freedom, 1779. ME 2:302, Papers 2:546 )
*We The People ~
*Unfetter we shall, the chains of our ancestors, justice we shall, unto to our dead, unloosen we, this misery of matter where answer we, heed the call to brazenly demonstrate spiritual liberty. From we, shall be no favor, from we no privilege, no longer shall those be free of taxation whose very Gods utter unto those who worship them, the most savage of acts, the most abhorrent of cruelties, the most vicious atrocities, depravities, perversions of abomination where even would shudder, that which is evil, to tread upon these paths, where tortured are the footprints of the innocent and bloodied are the hands of the Gods.
*"It is time enough for the rightful purposes of civil government, for its officers to interfere [in the propagation of religious teachings] when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order." (Thomas Jefferson: Statute for Religious Freedom, 1779. ME 2:302, Papers 2:546 )
*The whole history of these books [the Gospels] is so defective and doubtful that it seems vain to attempt minute enquiry into it: and such tricks have been played with their text, and with the texts of other books relating to them, that we have a right, from that cause, to entertain much doubt what parts of them are genuine. In the New Testament there is internal evidence that parts of it have proceeded from an extraordinary man; and that other parts are of the fabric of very inferior minds. It is as easy to separate those parts, as to pick out diamonds from dunghills. (Thomas Jefferson, letter to John Adams, January 24, 1814)

*"And the LORD our God delivered him before us; and we smote him, and his sons, and all his people. And we took all his cities at that time, and utterly destroyed the men, and the women, and the little ones, of every city, we left none to remain: (The Holy Bible, Deuteronomy 2:33)
*And such is the punishment of your Lord when He punishes the towns while they are unjust; surely His punishment is painful, severe. (The Holy Quran 11.102:)
*"The Lord is a man of war the LORD is his name ." (The Holy Bible, Exodus 15:3)
*" .. and there shall be nations whom We will afford provisions, then a painful punishment from Us shall afflict them." (The Holy Quran, 11.48:)
*"He that sacrificed unto any God, save unto the LORD only he shall be utterly destroyed"(The Holy Bible, Exodus 22:20)
*"If you do not fight, He will punish you sternly, and replace you by other men." (The Holy Quran, (9.37)
*"Those who are niggardly and bid people to be niggardly and hide what Allah has given them out of His grace; and We have prepared for the unbelievers a disgraceful chastisement.(As for) those who disbelieve in Our communications, " (The Holy Quran 4:37)
*The hatred in The Holy Quran and The Holy Bible is abominable. They both say the they are written by the one and only God. God is the Word and they do what they do best, violently divide our human family.
*They attempt to create superiority with ties to invisibility. It would be fine if this were fantasy. But it is not ~ it is the war of the world.
*The Churches and Mosques are filled with absolutely wonderful human beings, Muslims, Christians and those of non denomination. I only wish they could throw their handbooks of isolation and the chosen ones, fear mongering, and violence away and look at the human heart of the human family.
*The Holy Bible demands this:
*The Holy Quran demands this:
*Thomas Paine fought valiantly to end religious bigotry. Susan B. Anthony would be ecstatic, her fight for women suffrage was directly in opposition of Bible text. Abraham Lincoln fought the Bible on slavery as much as he fought the plantation owners.
*These are two adversaries who dispute about their Lord; then (as to) those who disbelieve, for them are cut out garments of fire, boiling water shall be poured over their heads (The Holy Quran 22.19:)
* Why are we as a nation financially giving favor to this bigotry - this hatred - this war - this separation?
**"The most detestable wickedness, the most horrid cruelties, and the greatest miseries that have afflicted the human race have had their origin in this thing called revelation, or revealed religion. It has been the most dishonorable belief against the character of the Divinity, the mostdestructive to morality and the peace and happiness of man, that ever was propagated since man began to exist." (Thomas Paine, The Age of Reason, 1794-1795.From Gorton Carruth and Eugene Ehrlich, eds., The Harper Book of American Quotations, New York: Harper & Row, 1988, p. 494.)
* * *Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences. (The Holy Bible, 2Cor 5:11)
"I shall see with sincere satisfaction the progress of those sentiments which tend to restore to man all his natural rights, convinced he has no natural right in opposition to his social duties." (Thomas Jefferson: Reply to Danbury Baptists, 1802. ME 16:282)
*We must change this because we are able . We must change this for all the millions of those who would have agreed but were not given the privilege to try. This Great Nation founded by our fore Fathers have given to us ~ today ~ that privilege. For me it is a responsibility, it is my responsibility for all those who would have, but were unable. All those whose blood and ashes, whose screams of anguish are directly a consequence of opposing these texts of abomination.

It is our duty to do the duty that the President of The United States doesn't give a damn to getting done. The deliverance of damnation from the devil of denial. It is our duty to remove the spit and trampled footprints of arrogance upon the graves of the great men who gave their lives to the flickering of a light that shadowed the liberation of a darkness so desperate I shudder at how we as a people can remain so apathetic to it's tentacles of postulate that within the human - fear and ignorance is the first law of repetition.
We must always speak truth to power and not necessarily politely. I'm not in the mood for a bullet to find my head as I intend to be as outspoken about the The Holy Quran as I am about The Holy Bible. What I am doing here, this blasphemy, according to Gods word, Allah and Jehovah, the Muslim God, the Christian God, is punishable by death. Unequivocally, absolutely, undeniably. With The Holy Quran it's rather simple, my head is simply severed from my body. With The Holy Bible it is a bit more painful. I will state without hesitation, these two religious handbooks, would make a glorious bon-fire and that would be a blessing for our human family. But for now that day has not come and for now all I can do is what I can do and that is rub these two sticks together. * If we profess to fight the War on Terror the least we can do is stop giving financial privilege to the War on Terror ~ right here in our own Mosques and Churches. We must begin bringing thousands of years of Extreme Fundamental Religion to its knees.
"History, I believe, furnishes no example of a priest-ridden people maintaining a free civil government. This marks the lowest grade of ignorance of which their civil as well as religious leaders will always avail themselves for their own purposes." (Thomas Jefferson to Alexander von Humboldt, 1813. ME 14:21)
Do I think it can be done?
How about today?
The abuses condoned, advocated, and demanded within religious handbooks, have been as one might say, of holy proportions.
That which is law unto another shall become that which is law unto yourselves and your reflections shall cower and the death that awaits you shall only give way to a greater hell you have prepared for another.

"Shake off all the fears of servile prejudices, under which weak minds are servilely crouched. Fix reason firmly in her seat, and call on her tribunal for every fact, every opinion. Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason than that of blindfolded fear." (Thomas Jefferson, letter to his young nephew Peter Carr, August 10, 1787. From Adrienne Koch, ed., The American Enlightenment: The Shaping of the American Experiment and a Free Society, New York: George Braziller, 1965, pp. 320-321.)

The Bible is the inerrant ... word of the living God. It is absolutely infallible, without error in all matters pertaining to faith and practice, as well as in areas such as geography, science, history, etc. (Jerry Falwell, Finding Inner Peace and Strength)

"From the most foul well of indifferentism flows that absurd and erroneous opinion, or rather delirium, of liberty of conscience." (Pope Gregory XVI,( 1765-1846) Encyclical, "Mirari Vos" (1832), quoted from Albert J Menendez and Edd )

"The mind that becomes soiled in youth can never again be washed clean; I know this by my own experience, and to this day I cherish an unappeasable bitterness against the unfaithful guardians of my young life, who not only permitted but compelled me to read an unexpurgated Bible through before I was 15 years old. None can do that and ever draw a clean sweet breath again this side of the grave." -( Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain), letter to a librarian, from his Autobiography)
*"The Lord is a man of war the LORD is his name ." (The Holy Bible, Exodus 15:3)
They [the Christian Europeans] forced their way into native settlements, slaughtering everyone they found there, including small children, old men, pregnant women, and even women who had just given birth. They hacked them to pieces, slicing open their bellies with their swords as though they were so many sheep herded into a pen. They even laid wagers on whether they could manage to slice a man in two at a stroke, or cut an individual's head from his body, or disembowel him with a single blow of their axes. They grabbed suckling infants by the feet and, ripping them from their mothers' breasts, dashed them headlong against the rocks. Others, laughing and joking all the while, threw them over their shoulders into a river, shouting: "Wriggle, you little perisher." They slaughtered anyone and everyone in their path, on occasion running through a mother and her baby with a single thrust of their swords. They spared no one, erecting especially wide gibbets on which they could string their victims up with their feet just off the ground and then burn them alive thirteen at a time, in honour of our Saviour and the twelve Apostles, or tie dry straw to their bodies and set fire to it.-- ( Bartolomé de las Casas, A short account of the destruction of the Indies (1992 edition, originally published in 1552), p. 15 )

"The wars of extermination have given a lot of people trouble unless they understand fully what was going on. The people in the land of Palestine were very wicked. They were given over to idolatry. They sacrificed their children. They had all kinds of abominable sex practices. They were having sex apparently with animals. They were having sex men with men and women with women. They were committing adultery and fornication. They were serving idols. As I say, they were offering their children up, and they were forsaking God.
